Research in Real Life
Diary studies and ethnographic research capture what surveys cannot: the messy, contextual reality of how people actually behave. Instead of asking people to recall past behaviour, these methods record experiences as they happen.
Mobile Diary Studies
Participants use smartphones to log experiences in real time — recording photos, videos, voice notes, and structured responses at moments of interest. We design diary frameworks for product usage, shopping journeys, media consumption, and daily routines.
Digital Ethnography
We observe and analyse online behaviour, social media activity, and digital interactions to understand cultural trends, brand conversations, and community dynamics.
In-Person Ethnography
Trained researchers accompany participants through their natural environments — homes, shops, workplaces — observing behaviour that participants themselves may not be aware of or able to articulate.
