Every research instrument is professionally translated, back-translated by a second linguist, and then cognitive-tested with 3–5 local respondents before field launch. Cultural adaptation goes beyond language — question framing, response scales, and even visual stimuli are reviewed by our in-country consultants to make sure they land as intended.
South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe — with vetted partner networks covering the rest of sub-Saharan and North Africa. For Francophone West Africa we run all fieldwork with French-speaking interviewers trained to local dialect.
Yes — that's where our international capability earns its keep. We coordinate synchronised fieldwork, apply identical methodology standards across markets, and normalise results for cross-country comparison. Typical multi-country studies involve 4–12 markets; the largest we've run covered 23 countries.
We map every study against the data-protection regime of each in-field country — POPIA in South Africa, NDPA in Nigeria, Kenya's DPA, GDPR for any EU touch-points, and so on. Consent language, retention rules, and data-transfer procedures are set per-country before recruitment begins.
We produce an annual Africa Consumer Sentiment study and quarterly cross-border B2B tracker, available by subscription. For bespoke syndicated briefs (shared cost across multiple sponsors), speak to us about our current cohort of participating brands.
